Call Center Business Analyst

We are searching for a creative, goal-oriented business analysis expert with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification to join our team. In this position you will combine your business thinking and analytical skills to perform information analysis and decision support.  You will be responsible for extensive data analysis - developing sophisticated financial models for managing resources (mid long-range planning) and improving process efficiency in a contact center.  Develop predictive models for analysis of volumes and productivity.

Minimum Requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience including improving processes
  • Bachelor Degree (MIS preferable) or equivalent
  • Prior exposure to Lean or Six Sigma
  • Business analysis experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Team Play
Valuable assets include:
  • A background in financial modeling 
  • A history of successful project management
  • Database knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Assists with COPC or  ISO Certification for Call Center Services
  • Ensures accurate and timely metrics reporting
  • Understands the business and business strategy
  • Partners with leadership in identifying and implementing continuous
    improvement
  • Monitors and analyzes data and trends to identify potential opportunities
    needs, issues, and problems that could impact business results
  • Understands customer needs/issues in defining quality and establishing
    quality priorities
  • Understands how to break down work into process steps, develops schedules,
    and works well within time constraints
  • Serves as a catalyst for change - actively involved in process and
    organizational change and development
  • Applies analytical / quantitative approach to problem solving - knows how
    to obtain and use data, and comfortable with statistical concepts
  • Interacts and communicates with clients and associates on a professional level
