Summary: |

|
Once clients have been implemented, the Client Services Consultant is the first and primary contact for clients in support of our Loan Management System, its functions, and its interfaces. The successful candidate will be an independent, self-starter with a combination of proven technical expertise, communication, organization and presentation skills with a customer-focused, can-do attitude.

|
Responsibilities Include: |
|
|
- Loan Management System Software Support
- Report Interpretation and Data Research
- Training (formal and ad-hoc)
- Software Configuration
- Account Management
- Project Management
- Documentation and Testing
- Tier 1 Troubleshooting
As knowledge and skills are developed, additional projects may involve implementations, industry-specific consulting, account balancing, software deployment, functional requirement design, data mining and other more complex tasks.

Requirements: |
|
|
- The primary technology utilized with the job includes relational databases, technical reporting, Structured Query Language (SQL), HTML, XML, FTP and ASP. Some experience using SQL is mandatory.
- A familiarity with lending, credit cards, banking or similar financial transaction processing is helpful. All other experience and software skills will be evaluated per their relevance to the position.
- Relevant Bachelors degree with at least one year of experience in a software-related position; however, recent top CS, CIS, MIS or related graduates will be considered.
Salary is commensurate with education, experience and skills. Required travel is minimal. Normal work hours will be scheduled in advance, but position may require occasional shift alterations and to be on call periodically.
