TranDotCom Solutions has developed an ACH Management
Module to help facilitate the ACH processing that
occurs on a daily basis. The ACH Module allows a
merchant to see their daily credit and debit totals on a per-store and overall
company basis. Our system will create an ACH file in either a NACHA ready or CSV file format in order for a merchant to send to the ACH processor of their choice.
This module allows for operators to easily manage
their ACH transactions on a real time basis. The ACH management software
is designed to upload all return files, and
change loan statuses at one time, eliminating the
need to manually update each account when return
files come in each day.

Below is a screenshot of the ACH Management Module main
menu area. There are tabs for several options. The
tab selected below shows all of the details for
a single days processing for a store.
This
screenshot allows you to see all of the ACH file
totals for a particular day. This allows you to
manage your file and know exactly how much money
is going in and coming out daily.
