TranDotCom has developed a method for merchants
utilizing the Loan Management System (LMS) to fax
documents directly from the system as well as retain
incoming documents from customers. Merchants can
fax out loan documents to customers with the press
of a button. Once incoming faxes are received, the
items (bank statements, pay stubs, applications,
etc.) can be tied to the loans and viewed electronically.
This assists merchants in operating in a virtually
paperless and in a more regulatory friendly environment.
