The Quick Application Module is a valuable tool for merchants looking for a method of managing applications and converting them into loans. There are many efficiencies and options for the merchant with Quick Application Module.

The Quick Application Module collects all incoming applications, whether from your website, Internet lead provider or entered in by a CSR. The information is automatically transferred over from lead providers and websites (if utilizing website integration), eliminating the need for double entry of a customer's information. All quick applications can be searched for by: method entered, date entered, customer information, status, the person who entered the information, and several other queries.

This feature allows you to capture a customer's information and store it, even if the application is not converted into a loan. This can be useful for marketing purposes.

The image displayed below is from the quick application search menu. It gives reps the ability to search for new applications by a variety of manners as they come in. After entering the search criteria, all quick applications matching the criteria will be available for review.

Specific quick applications can be reviewed by clicking on the quick application number. The applications contain all of the information that was passed over from the source. The information can be edited, faxed, emailed, or converted into a new loan without any modifications if necessary.
