Incremental Merchant Support
TranDotCom Merchant Support department is dedicated to providing first level support and problem resolution for end-users on TranDotCom platforms and systems. We make it a priority to maintain contact with end-users in a consulting, problem solving and data access role. We foster interactive and integrative relationships between end-users, merchants and clients. We prioritize issues by severity of issue and have processes and systems in place to assure proper handling and expediting of system issues. Merchant Support also has after hours support to deal with issues no matter what part of the world the client may be located.
