The following illustration displays the search area
for new leads that arrive into the system. The leads
are entered into the Quick Application area, and
can be searched by various criteria. This is the
same area where customer's information is imported
from marketing websites, if there is an integration
with the website |

Once
a particular quick application has been selected,
a representative can begin to work on the quick application.
All of the customer information is transferred, which will eliminate the need for dual entry of a customer's
information. Once additional information is captured, the quick application can be converted
into a loan, a fax or an email as a populated
application for the customer's signature (if utilizing
fax integration).
This is usable in storefronts if representatives collect
all of the customer's information. This eliminates
the need for customers to fill out their own applications. |
